Shared balcony felt more like a trash collection area with loud noise from adjoining guests. Room cleanliness lacked, with peeling metal fixtures and only one hard-to-reach power outlet. The absence of carpeting and poorly functioning bathroom doors added to the discomfort, while outside lights made it hard to sleep in darkness.

Great location, but needs improvement

The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the convenience of the subway station being right next to the hotel. The lively atmosphere added to the New York experience.

The bathroom lacked privacy as the door didn't close properly, and the cleanliness left much to be desired with left-behind trash. Additionally, the shared balcony was noisy and seemed more like a trash area than a relaxing space. Overall, I enjoyed some aspects, but the shortcomings significantly impacted my experience.

Great Location with Clean and Comfortable Rooms

During our stay, we loved the clean and comfortable room that was equipped with useful amenities like dishes and a hairdryer. It was located right next to the Rector St Metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The nearby dining options offered delicious food at reasonable prices, which was a big plus. However, the shower dispensers weren't filled, which could be improved.
